Event Description
Feminist press editors Amy Scholder and Elizabeth Koke, both of whom are contributors to the book Pussy Riot: A Punk Prayer for Freedom, will participate in a question/answer panel focusing on freedom of expression and feminism. The discussion will focus on the Moscow-based feminist punk collective Pussy Riot—three of their members were arrested and charged with felony hooliganism for staging a protest against Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 12, 2012.
