This experiential workshop will give teachers professional development for teaching in the English Language Arts classroom. Teachers will walk away with CTLE credits and assignment ideas to implement in the classroom.

Lehman Chamber Players Concert
The Lehman Chamber Players will perform works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Robert Schumann, Antonín Dvoƙák, Gioachino Rossini, William Grant Still, Henryk Wieniawski, and Baroque composer Johann Joachim Quantz.

Performers include
coloratura soprano Osceola Davis, a member of Lehman College’s voice faculty who has appeared at the Metropolitan Opera and internationally as concerto soloist; critically acclaimed violinist Alexander Meshibovsky, a student of Jascha Heifetz; oboist Alan Hollander, an adjunct professor of music at Lehman, conductor of the Lehman College Community Band and mainstay in the Lehman Woodwind Quintet; and pianist Diana Mittler-Battipaglia, professor of music and choral director at Lehman.

A multimedia collaboration with Theatre & Dance Programs where ghosts and spies come together for revenge. Featuring designs inspired by the art work of Jean-Michel Basquiat and the music of Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, and Kendrick Lamar.
