The Mindset of the Artist

Led by Joe Towne and David Reale of The Performers Mindset. This virtual experience is an introduction to training our mindset around all aspects of PERFORMANCE. We will unpack together what it takes to have mental toughness as an artist in this industry. We will explore practices that elite artists and athletes are doing to work outside their COMFORT ZONES, transform their relationship to NERVES, cultivate both GRIT & RESILIENCY and address how HEAD NOISE impacts performance.
