Event Description:
When I Get To Where I'm Going'18 is an original musical composed by Professor Penny Prince of the Department of Music, Multimedia, Theatre, and Dance, with script written by the talented cast of students and community members. It tells the story of the Bus Boycott movement in Alabama, circa 1955, with overtones of Black Lives Matter and other causes relevant to 2018.
Please make reservations for the free performances, suitable for all ages over 5. Show times are Thursday, May 10 at 11am and 7pm, and Friday May 11 at 11am. Encore performances will be held at the Bronx Library Center, 210 E. Kingsbridge Road. on Saturday, May 12 at 11am and 2:30pm.
