Event Description: Deepen your Learning using: •Universal Design for Learning (UDL) •Culturally Relevant Teaching (CRT), and •Cogenerative Dialogues (Cogens) in Higher Education Classrooms
Participants will receive ongoing support in the implementation of these practices in their classrooms from project organizers who are experts in these methods.
What to expect? ▪ Presentations from experts on each of the three areas that will delve deep into the applications of the frameworks in the higher education classroom ▪ A working lunch to practice and process information from morning sessions ▪ A student panel to learn from diverse student perspectives about what works best for them in the classroom ▪ A faculty panel where experts and past project participants share successes and challenges ▪ A folder and USB of resources, readings, and tools that will help you implement these concepts into your teaching |
