12:30 PM - 2:00 PM | Concordian Dawn Guest Recital: Fortuna Antiqua et Ultra The Department of Music, Multimedia, Theatre, and Dance will host a special guest artist performance by Concordian Dawn, ensemble for Medieval music, on Wednesday, November 8, at 12:30p.m. in the Recital Hall on the 3rd floor of the Music Building.
The Goddess of Fortune takes center stage in Fortuna Antiqua et Ultra! Manipulating every aspect of life and love, Fortuna has provided poet and composer alike with subject matter for centuries, and this concert highlights the deity’s paramount role in the goings-on of humanity. With voice, harp, and vielle, the ensemble will showcase a range of musical texture from delicate and intimate to sumptuous and intricate, all exhibiting the variety and intrigue of Medieval musical culture.

for your graduate school application. We will talk about how the
statement is used by an admissions committee, how to handle
potentially negative information in your record, how the essay is
normally structured, and a host of other suggestions.
This is a free event open to all Lehman students and alumni. No pre-registration is needed.
