Prof. Lennard Davis
"Disability Studies: Then and Now"

This talk will be about how disability studies got started and will look at what the shortcomings of Disability Studies have been in terms of whiteness, class, colonialism, globalism, etc. 

Prof. Davis is a renown specialist in Disability Studies and a distinguished Professor of English at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
