Make the Bronx Count: Making Sense of the Census
Start Date: 10/30/2019Start Time: 11:00 AM
End Date: 10/30/2019End Time: 12:30 PM

Event Description:
Lehman College will host a panel discussion, followed by a question and answer session to raise awareness and address concerns about the upcoming 2020 Census. Administered once every decade, the Census is mandated by the U.S. Constitution for the purpose of counting its population. An accurate count is essential as it determines federal funding for schools, health care, and children's services, as well as representation in Congress.
