México Maya: A Performance by Dzul Dance |

Event Description: México Maya explores the rich history of ancient Maya culture, Mexican heritage and the immigrant experience of Mexicans in America. The choreography is also an illustration of the physical, cultural and artistic journey of Artistic Director Javier Dzul. He created México Maya in celebration of Dzul Dance's ten year anniversary. The world premiere of this work was presented at the Gerald Lynch Theater in New York City in May 2013.
