The New York Latin American Art Triennial 2019: Progressive Transition
Progressive Transition explores the action and effect of moving from one state to another.  More broadly, the project shows the drive towards transformation in the arts. The artists’ need to “feel part of something” that can likewise be recognized and defined by others will be explored within the exhibition. The work on view represents the artistic transition seen against a landscape of societal progress. The project highlights cultural exchange and, at its core, examines the implications of transition on an evolving Latin American culture.

Sixth Annual Global Citizenship Gala

Lehman College’s 6th Annual Global Citizenship Gala is a fundraiser benefitting the Lehman L.I.F.E. (Leaders Involved For Everyone) alternative break and study abroad programs. We hope that you will be able to attend in support of a program that has truly changed the lives of hundreds of students over the past 13+ years.

This year we will be celebrating the 2019-20 Alternative Break Service Learning Immersions and Study Abroad Programs while we continue to have a wonderful time as we honor those who are “making a world of difference” in our community and across the globe.
