Event Description:
Join the CUNY Institute for Health Equity for a virtual discussion of Dan Barber's The Third Plate. The discussion will be led by Craig Rothman, college laboratory technician and fieldwork supervisor in Lehman's Dietetics, Food, and Nutrition Program. 

The book is available in electronic and audio form at the New York Public Library and online book sellers.
