Free Nutritionist Consultation

The Student Health Center will offer free consultations with the nutritionist on the following schedule during the fall.
 
Beginning Sept. 30:
Tuesdays, 1-4 p.m.
Wednesdays, 11-2 p.m.
Free CPR TRaining
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

The NYC Fire Dept. will give free CPR training. The non-certified, hands-only training takes less than an hour.

Beyond the Classroom: Professional Development for Performing Arts Majors

What further educational opportunities in music and other performing arts are there after you finish your undergraduate degree at Lehman?

Learn the difference between M.A., M.A.T., M.M., D.M.A., and Ph.D. degrees, and how to navigate the application process. Roundtable discussion to follow.

All performing arts majors are welcome, including music, theatre, dance, and others.
Craft of Caring: Trick or Treat Bags
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Come and decorate Trick or Treat bags for Halloween to be donated to the Lehman College Child Care Center. The children will travel around campus on Halloween to trick-or treat with bags that you have created! Sponsored by the Office of Community Engagement & New Student Programs
Biology 181 Work Review Workshop: Anatomy and Physiology I

Students should prepare for workshops by reading ahead, developing questions, and arriving with their textbooks. No registration is required.

Pre-Grad Advising Workshop: What does it take to get intro graduate school?

Pre-Graduate Advising Workshop: What does it take to get into Graduate School? (NOT for seniors only!) Join us on Wednesday, Oct 15 from 3:30 - 5:00 PM in the Gillet Auditorium to learn about the graduate school admissions process. Find out what criteria graduate schools consider, review basic information about how to build a successful undergraduate record, prepare an application, locate information about financial aid, and so on.
