Event Description
A two-day symposium sponsored by the Institute for Irish American Studies. Friday features papers in English by Sheila Houlihan, Patricia Mullally, and Deirdre O'Boy (Lehman), and Moire Matheson (St. John's); papers in Irish by Roslyn Blyn-LaDrew (Univ. of Pennsylvania), Conn Mac Aogáin (Lehman), and Elaine Ní Bhraonáin (Queens Univ., Belfast), to be followed at 5 p.m. by an American book launch for Niall O'Dowd's "Twisted Truths."
